Fifteen years ago, while growing his first business,owner Zac Boddy quickly realized that success often came with a frustrating cycle: outgrow your home office, sign a commercial lease, invest in abuild-out, outgrow that space, and do it all over again. As his business expanded from a condo office to multiple commercial spaces over the years, he experienced firsthand just how expensive and inflexible that journey could be. That experience became the inspiration behind TheFoundry. We wanted to create a different path for entrepreneurs, freelancers,remote professionals, and growing businesses. A place where you can have aprofessional workspace without the long-term commitment, overwhelming overhead, or feeling "stuck" in a space that no longer fits your business.
